MASVINGO -The High Court in Masvingo, like all others are closing for the first term tomorrow and will only be attending to urgent chamber applications and bail hearings.
The High Court, Supreme and Constitutional courts will commence their second judicial term on May 9, 2022 according to dates gazetted by the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) in General Notice 2932 of 2021.
The second judicial term will end on July 29, 2022 with the third term running from September 5 to November 25, 2022.
The 2023 legal year will begin on January 8, 2023.
Meanwhile the second Gweru High Court circuit will run from May 16 to 27, 2022 at Gweru Magistrates Court with the third term circuit court running from September 19 to 30, 2022.https://masvingomirror.com/
