SHURUGWI – Grace Chikozho of Zanu PF is the new Tongogara Rural District Council (RDC) Ward 22 Councillor after winning Saturday’s by-election.
She garnered 673 votes against Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) candidate Misheck Kufa’s 263.
The seat fell vacant following the death of Tongogara RDC chairperson Golden Kapeta. He succumbed to acids on October 1, 2023.
