•Record serial numbers of your property or have a mark for easy identification.

•Travelers should use registered public service vehicle.

•Ensure your vehicle is roadworthy before you embark your journey.

•Try to travel during the day where possible.

•Overtaking should be done when it is safe to do so.

•Avoid speeding.

•Avoid overloading your motor vehicle as this puts you at risk of accidents.

•Avoid drinking and driving.
