KWEKWE – Dambudzo Primary School Grade 3 pupil Tikudzeishe Calm Ncube left a gathering at the Heroes’ Day Commemorations at Mbizo Stadium in Kwekwe on Monday mesmerized.
Tikudzeishe known as Tugman in the entertainment circles took the crowd into a trance with his energy and talent.
He sang the song, Kubase Kuchafira Munhu (People are going to die at the Base).
He called upon Police to shut down all drug bases in the communities and save lives of youth who are drowning into the world of drug abuse.
“Kubase kuchafira munhu uko, mapurisa emuZimbabwe vharai mabase,” sang the young man as the crowd cheered at the lyrics.
Khuni Dongo who was part of the audience gifted the boy with US$20 in appreciation of his performance.
Tugman’s mentor Tawanda Jumo of Bantu Entertainment Zimbabwe said the boy is immensely talented and needs financial support.
Tugman once performed at the children’s party at State House and walked away with US$320 from those who appreciated his performance.
