Midlands getting ready for Agric Show

GWERU – Preparations for the Midlands Agricultural Show set for August 18 to 21, 2022, are getting ready, with 150 exhibitors expected.

Midlands Show Society manager Victoria Chikukwa said this in an interview with The Mirror.

“We are targeting more than 150 exhibitors this year, and so far, 75 have confirmed their participation. We have around 15 new exhibitors including Valley Seeds, Zimdef and Surrey Group,” she said.

Companies like Unki, Bata, Zimasco, and Zisco Steel are among the big exhibitors.

August 18 is the exhibitors’ day, and the show becomes open to the public from Friday. This time a business conference will be held at Fairmile Hotel on Friday where various speakers will be making presentations on different business topics and dinner for exhibitors afterwards.
