Masvingo – Top Masvingo architect, Cassian Mutsambiwa is no more.

His brother, Stern Mutsambiwa confirmed the death to The Mirror and said Mutsambiwa died at Dr Zulu Clinic in the early hours of today. He succumbed to a kidney ailment.

“He has been on dialysis for some time. At the moment we are in a family meeting, I will give you more details later. Funeral arrangement will be announced in due course,” said Mutsambiwa. 

He is survived by his wife and three children one boy and two girls. Mourners are gathered at house number 9 Baden Street in Rhodhene.

According to his brother Stern, the late Mutsambiwa who was running an architectural consultation office in Mutare is known for designing and constructing big buildings in Masvingo town which include OK supermarket and OK Mart, Great Zimbabwe University structures, Gain Supermarket and the Roman Catholic Cathedral. https://masvingomirror.com
