CHIVI-Sungura kingpin Alick ‘Baba Shero’ Macheso is giving his fans in Chivi an early Christmas present at Huruyadzo Gardens on Tuesday next week (December 20, 2022).

Macheso’s publicist Kenny Mushapaidze confirmed the show to The Mirror.

He said the band is back in Chivi for a third time this time by public demand.

“The people’s band will be performing in Chivi for the fourth time in 2022 owing to public demand. Our last show didn’t end well because of the rains, but we promise our best to our fans,” said Mushapaidze.

Huyuradzo gardens proprietor Stoneshed Chikambure popularly known as Huruyadzo told The Mirror that the show is an early Christmas treat to the people of Chivi.

“This is an early Christmas present to the people of Chivi. We are celebrating the festive season and Macheso. It’s only right that he performs for them before Christmas,” said Chikambure.

Macheso is undoubtedly one of the most sort after artists with 12 albums to his name who is currently riding high with his recent album ‘Tinozvitswa Nashe’
