Kyle College gets 93% Cambridge pass rate

MASVINGO –Kyle College, one of the few schools writing Cambridge exams in Masvingo scored 93% pass rate in its November 2022 Cambridge A Level Exams and 85% in the O Level exams.

This is in the school newsletter signed by the school head Sachinda

The newsletter also states that the college is now offering May/June Cambridge exams beginning this year.

Kyle also excelled on the sporting frontier with the school’s chess team winning bronze at the famed Hellenic Chess Tournament. Some 19 schools participated at the tournament.

“We are pleased to inform you that we will be offering May/June Cambridge Examinations this year for your children’s convenience and advantage. More Information about registration will be given out soon,” reads part of the newsletter.

Kyle College overall A Level pass rate is 93% with 100% subject pass rates in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Art & Design and Design &Technology.

The best A Level candidate is Nicole T. Ndava who scored 19 points (2 As*, 1A, 1B).

The other top 12 students are Tadiwanashe D. Mandizvidza 17 points (2A, 1B, 1C), Tadiwanashe Parichi 15 points (1 A*, 2A), Hope K. Mago 14 points (2A, 1B), Ryan Chidanho 14 points (A*, A, B), Mufaro Chiwanda 13 points (2A, 1C), Natalie Ncube 13 points (A*, A, C), Paul Chiname 13 points (1A, 2B), Leon R. Mazhindu 13 points (1A, 2B), Devotion A. Severa 13 points (2A, 1C) and Ruvarashe R. C. Mugwisi 13 points (A*, A, C)

The best 12 O Level students have 25A*s among them and French is the only subject which the college had a 100% pass rate.

The best O Level candidate is Rejoice G. Nyaruwata with 10A (3A*, 7A).

Other top performing students are Tashinga Mutemachani 9A (4A*, 5A), Tatenda C. Nziradzemhuka 9As (6A*, 3A), Ndatenda N. Maravanyika 8A (2A*, 6A), Tawananyasha B. Bizah 8A (2A*, 6A), Phil J. J. Ndlovu 8A (2 A*, 6A), Nokutenda A. Sengwe 7A (2A*, 5A), Tawananyasha M. Katuri 7A (7A), Tendai J. Mahove 7A (1A*, 6A), Michael T. Mtombeni 6A (1 A*, 5A), Rebecca F. Mazana 5A (1 A*, 4A) and Tinevimbo Munjoma 5A (1A*, 4A).
