The late Mr Ali Lambat will be missed by many in Masvingo.

Mr Lambat was a friend in need and a friend indeed. He will be remembered for his active role as a treasurer of the school management committees at Victoria primary and high schools in those good old years.

He supported school functions by donating prizes and trophies.

We played tennis together at Masvingo Sports Club.

He was a man of the people who housed Zanu-PF provincial offices at his Kyle House offices for many years.
