Chiredzi – Former Hippo Valley High School student, Caroline Mangwayana might have her dream to study abroad shattered since her mother is failing to raise funds to cover part of her scholarship.

Mangwayana was granted a scholarship to study in China by China Pharmaceutical University but it covers only half of her tuition fees.

She is supposed to go and study International Economics and Trade and the programme will run for four years.

Only US2800 is needed for Mangwayana to fulfill her dream but her mother, Martha Guni who is a nurse aid at Hippo Valley Medical centre cannot raise the money.

The remaining amount is due on the 10th of this September.

She is appealing to well-wishers to help her with the needed fees. Mangwayana can be contacted on 0773 228 940/0779252028 or through The Mirror Chiredzi office on 0774 396 035.
