Epileptic man drowns in Save River

CHIPINGE – A 26-year-old epileptic man from Chisumbanje got into seizures when he decided to bath in Save River while herding cattle.

District Community Relations Liason Officer, Assistant Inspector Jawett Kamera confirmed the incident which happened last week on Wednesday to Chipinge Times.

Tutani Sithole’s body was found floating in the river after he went missing for two days.

Chipinge Times understands that Sithole went to herd cattle along Save River and he suffered seizures while bathing and fell into the river. His mother Chekai Sithole (60) and relatives started looking for him when he failed to return home as usual.

On Friday at around 5pm they found cattle on their own and his clothes were found 50 metres away from the river. They discovered his body floating in the river. https://masvingomirror.com
