MASVINGO -Music promoter and businessman Goodbye ‘Elder Saraz’ Sarireni has undertaken to sponsor a medley for winners of the 2020 Masvingo Music Awards held on Saturday.
The awards were broadcasted on a local radio station and winners walked away with certificates.
The winners are Kumbulani Moyo (Gaza Kumz) best freestyle, Honest Macharaga (Dudemaster) king of helmets, Kennedy Ganda (Kenny Gizzy) best upcoming male artist, Humpfrey Gondobwe (Hamella) best reggae artist, Wellington Mapanzure (Savil) best producer, Gertrude Tanyaradzwa Gweshe (Tanyah) best female artist, Innocent Chingware (T1) best video producer, Clarence Sithole (Clapper) best dancehall song, Kudakwashe Machokoto (Dissman) best afro song, Dissman and Clapper best collaboration, Reezy best video, best male artist Tashman, upcoming female artist Lyn, people’s choice Saba Palmer, best vocalist Clakaz, song of the year Clayper, queen of helmets Bounty Spice, Hip hop artist D Varren.
Elder Saraz also won the most influential person award.
“Our artists deserve rewards and recognition for their efforts. We are making arrangements and will soon shoot a medley for the award winners.
