MASVINGO-One of the leading real estate firms in the country, Ebenezer Properties, exhibited at the just-ended Masvingo Agricultural Show.
Ebenezer Property Manager Renounce Chokuda told The Mirror in a wide-ranging interview that they offer various services such as consultancies, asset tagging, property valuation, estate agency services, development valuations, and statutory valuations.
Chokuda also said they offer a wide range of free services.
“We are a large real estate company that provides real estate services to parastatals, municipalities, government, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), private sectors, law firms, insurance companies and individuals in Zimbabwe.
“We encourage all of our clients to consult us as we offer a free range of property consultancy services, estate agency practice, asset tagging and property valuation,” he said.
The show ran from Thursday to Sunday under the theme; Transformation the Key Engine to Economic Growth.
Ebenezer Properties is headquartered at 11 Atkinson Drive, Hillside, Harare. It has offices in all provinces. In Masvingo, they are at 524 Greenfield Street in the Central Business District (CBD).
The real estate company was formed in 1999 and has properties for sale in all cities, towns and growth points across the country.
Chokuda also said they are committed to excellence in service provision through perfection in their dealings with property owners and assisting them in marketing, selling and insuring their properties.
