GWERU – Provincial Magistrate Beaulity Dube has remanded Gweru car dealer Peter Dube (40) who is facing two murder counts in custody to April 17, 2024.
Dube allegedly shot his wife’s ‘lover’ Shelton Chiduku and her friend Gamuchirai Mudungwe dead before shooting his wife Nyasha Nharingo and her sister Nyaradzo on April 23, 2021 in Gweru CBD.
He had been on the run since then and was arrested yesterday when he landed at the Robert Mugabe International Airport after being deported from Mozambique over a fake identity.
Dube is represented by Thuso Omega Maputsenyika of Mhaka Attorneys and he is denying the charge.
