CHIKOMBA-All is set for the Chikomba District Agricultural Show set for Wednesday-Friday next week (August 2-4, 2023,) at Nharira Business Centre.
District Agricultural Extension (Agritex) Officer, Cosmas Ratsakatika confirmed the dates to The Mirror. He said they are expecting 100 exhibitors.
Ratsakatika called upon the business community and all farmers to be part of the show.
The show is running under the theme; Going4Groth-Production, Marketing and Value Addition.
“We are expecting exchange of new farming technologies, integration of good quality displays, marketing and advertising of various products by companies,” said Ratsakatika.
Chikomba Rural District Council Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Bullen Chiwara is the guest of honour at the three-day show.
The show is an opportunity for farmers to showcase their agricultural produce, livestock, and farm equipment, and to interact with other farmers and industry experts.
It is also a chance for agro dealers to showcase and parade products and services.
