MASVINGO – The Minister of State for Masvingo Ezra Chadzamira has expressed concern over the 500% tariff hikes put into effect by Masvingo City Council two weeks ago and he is meeting officials from the local authority this afternoon.

There has been a public outcry and sporadic demonstrations against the rates.

“I am engaging Masvingo City management this afternoon to discuss the increase in tariffs,” said Chadzamira.
