Takangovada was going to pick up the Assistant District Development Coordinator, Patience Dhinda, who was supposed to attend Junior councilors’ inauguration ceremony at Buhera RDC.

“Our hearts as Buhera RDC go to the Pasipanodya family. We are saddened by the loss of Pasipanodya who was doing Form 5 at Buhera High School. We are really sorry and we hope the family finds comfort in the Lord,” said Musakaruka.
