BUHERA – Buhera Rural District Council has collected 66.71% of its projected 2024 consolidated income as at 31 August, the local authority’s Finance Director Jonathan Magomana has said.
Magomana said this during his presentation during a 2025 budget consultation meeting held at Buhera BSPZ last Thursday.
He said the local authority has collected ZWG16 694 163.69 of the projected ZWG25 024 262.17.
“From January to August 2024, council managed to collect ZiG16 694 163.69 against the set target of ZiG25 024 262 .17. Our budget performance stands at 66.17%,” he said.
