150 exhibitors expected at Midlands Agric Show

GWERU- At least 150 exhibitors will exhibit at this year’s Midlands Agricultural Show set for Gweru Show Grounds from July 20-23, 2023.
Midlands Show Society chairperson Augustine Mupakurirwa confirmed the development in a press conference. He said exhibitors are already registering for the event.
This year’s show runs under the theme: Collaborative Interpretive Solutions for Economic Development.
He said Thursday, July 20, 2023, will be exclusively a traders’ day. A business conference will be at Fairmile, a Regency Group hotel. The show is officially opened on Saturday (July 22, 2023).
“Gate fees are US$2 for kids and US$4 for adults. We are targeting more than 150 exhibitors this year. Companies have started registration confirming their participation.
“The show will be open to the public from Friday (July 22, 2023). A business conference will be at Fairmile, a Regency Group hotel, and various speakers will make presentations on different business topics followed by an exhibitors dinner,” he said.
Some of the notable exhibitors who have so far registered are the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Moonlight Funeral Assurance, Surrey Group, Bata Shoe Company, Valley Seeds, Midlands Metals, Zimdef, and Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe (TSCZ).
Mupakurirwa added that dancehall chanter Freeman is the guest artist.
