103 Pamushana students get 15 points and above

MASVINGO – There is a bumper harvest of As’ at Pamushana High in Bikita after 103 students scored more than 15 points each in the November 2022 Zimsec Examinations, according to results seen by The Mirror today.
Although results from other schools are yet to come, there is a possibility that these maybe among the Province’s best results.
The school’s best student Abraham Ndlovu notched 30 points and he got straight As in Computer sciences, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, Pure Mathematics and Statistics.
Some 29 candidates had 20 points and above, six of the 29 students had 25 points and above and 74 students had between 15 and 19 points. Some 68 students scored between 10 and 14 points.
Four candidates scored 25 straight points, 19 had 20 straight points and seven had 15 straight points.
Last year Pamushana had 90 candidates with 15 points and above and was the best A Level school in the province.
However, the country’s best Zimsec student is Tadiwanashe Mavetera who wrote 10 subjects and notched 50 points.
